PRODUCTION OF ALUMINUM PROFILES
Alumex LLC has started the production of aluminum profiles by extrusion (pressing) in Azerbaijan since 2001. Although at first preference was given only to the production of profiles for door and window structures, later it moved to a more diversified production process. Currently, our company occupies the first place in Azerbaijan with a production capacity of 500 tons per month, the production of more than 1000 types of profiles of high quality and meeting standards.

The quality of products is controlled on our Austrian and German laboratory equipment, and with the help of special measuring instruments, the main attention is paid to such important indicators as hardness, elasticity and chemical composition. 122 highly qualified specialists working at our enterprise fully control the process of producing quality products. 13,000 sq. In our production area, which covers the area, there are also 2 painting areas that meet modern standards, which allows you to paint profiles with a rich color range.
NEW PRODUCTION LINE
In 2022, our company completed the installation of a new press line with a capacity of 1200 tons.
This new production line with an annual production capacity of 2500 tons will allow us to fulfill our customers' orders more quickly and fully fulfill our growing orders.

Currently, our company has 2 robotic painting lines. These machines produced in Turkey and Italy allow painting 350 tons of products per month.

The aluminum profile cladding line with vacuum tool that we installed in 2020 allows you to apply cladding to any type of profile, which can create the effect of wood of different colors.
